Cupar is a bustling market town at the heart of the farming area of north east Fife. It has a very prosperous history and was for many centuries the seat of local government for the county. At its centre lies the Mercat Cross at the junction of Bonnygate and Crossgate and behind the shops to the south west lies the Bonnygate Car Park the home of Cupar Farmers Market, which is held on the third Saturday of each month.

Cupar Farmers’ Market is held in the east end of Bonnygate Car Park
By Car: From the A91 go into Cupar until you reach Bonnygate then turn right into the Car Park signposted Town Centre Car Park. From the East turn into St Catherines St, pass the Mercat Cross into Bonnygate and then left into the car park
On Foot: The Bonnygate car park is signed along lanes from Crossgate or Bonnygate and the main entrance to the car park is also clearly marked.
