Rose Veal is produced from dairy bull calves, sourced from Hi-Health status farms in Fife and Perthshire area. The first three months the calves are hand reared on a milk and a mixed grain diet with the introduction of grass based forage. Therafter they are reared through between 6 and 8 months of age on a balanced forage, grass and grain diet. A six point Good-Life guarantee is followed committing to provide all the animals with the best quality of life possible and to provide a quality product to customers. The farm has been inspected and are Quality Meat Scotland Assured.
